## Key facts

- Song of Ours writes custom songs from a customer's own story and has a fictional AI singer perform them. It is not a human songwriting service.
- Plans (USD, one-time): Basic $9, Select $17, Gift $24. Add-ons: Extra verse $6.49, Second singer version $3.99.
- A free 25-second chorus preview is available before any payment.
- Delivery: usually minutes; promised within 24 hours (Basic) or 48 hours (Select, Gift).
- Each song is about 2-3 minutes, delivered as an MP3 with lyrics and cover, plus a private gift page with karaoke-style lyrics.
- 16 singers, all fictional AI characters; none imitate real artists. Every song says it is AI-sung.
- Revisions: fixes for our own mistakes (for example a mispronounced name) are free; paid revisions are included in Select (1) and Gift (2).
- Refunds: full refund if the delivery promise is missed or a song cannot pass the quality check.
- Use: personal, non-commercial use by default; commercial use needs a separate license.
