Refund Policy

Automatic full refunds

If we miss the delivery promise for your plan (24 hours for Basic, 48 hours for Select and Gift), you can ask for a full refund and still keep the song.

If we cannot produce a song that passes our quality check, we refund you in full automatically.

Other requests

If something isn't right, first try the studio on your order page: fixes for our mistakes are free. If you are still unhappy, reply to any order email or write to support within 14 days of delivery and a person will review your request.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Refunded songs can no longer be shared.

Your statutory rights

Because songs are digital content made to your specifications and delivered immediately, the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once delivery starts. This does not affect your other legal rights.
