Terms of Service

1. The service

You describe a person and an occasion. We use AI to write lyrics, generate music and vocals in the style of one of our fictional AI singers, check the result, and deliver it to you with a private gift page.

All songs, voices and cover art are generated by artificial intelligence. Our singers are fictional characters; they are not real people and are not modelled on any real artist.

Free previews are short, watermarked clips. A preview is not a purchase and grants no rights beyond listening to it.

2. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

We start making your song as soon as payment is confirmed. Delivery promises are 24 hours for Basic and 48 hours for Select and Gift; most songs are delivered within minutes.

3. Your content

You are responsible for what you submit: names, stories, photos and recordings. Only submit content you have the right to share, and do not include other people's sensitive personal information without their permission.

You must not request content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, that impersonates a real person's voice, or that copies existing songs or lyrics. We may refuse or stop any request that breaks these rules.

You grant us a limited license to use your content only to create, deliver, support and improve your song. We do not use your stories or photos for marketing unless you explicitly opt in to the showcase.

4. Your song

After full payment, you may use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing it with friends and family and posting it on personal social media accounts. See the Song License for details.

Because songs are AI-generated, copyright protection may be limited in some countries. We do not guarantee that a song is free from resemblance to other works, though we check that lyrics are original and never ask the AI to imitate existing songs.

5. Revisions and the AI producer

Plans include a set number of revisions made by chatting with our AI producer. A change that uses a revision is only recorded after you confirm it. Fixes for problems we caused, such as a mispronounced name or an audio defect, never use a revision.

The AI producer may make mistakes. Every version is kept, and you can switch back at any time.

6. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle.

7. Acceptable use and availability

Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to bypass limits, or attempts to access other customers' orders. Private links are secret; keep them private if you want your song to stay private.

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may pause new orders or previews to protect quality.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
